基本給与 (Salary)：25万円/月 *Gross 手当 (Allowance)： -Overtime Pay: hourly salary x 1.25 -Night time Pay: hourly salary x 0.25 -Night-Shift Pay: 1,500 yen/work day (if during 0:00 – 5:00 is duty) 賞与 (Bonus)：業績連動型 (Variable Bonus) 保険 (Insurance)： Health Insurance, Company Pension system *Will be deduct from the salary 休暇 (Leave)：Annual Leave + Additional Leave: 7 consecutive days |
