Japanese AI solution company is looking for a Sales Assistant to support their sales activities promoting AI solutions to Japanese manufacturing companies operating in Thailand.
*No prior expertise in AI or sales is required. After joining the company, you will be expected to learn about our AI solutions, products, and related technologies through internal training and practical experience.
- Support sales activities targeting Japanese companies (*Main targets are manufacturing companies) in Thailand.
- Research potential clients and assist in generating new business opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients and arrange appointments.
- Coordinate meetings and schedules with clients.
- Attend client meetings together with sales representatives from the Japan headquarters and prepare meeting minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales materials.
- Respond to customer inquiries and conduct post-meeting follow-ups.
- Act as a liaison between the Japan headquarters and local customers in Thailand.
- Support the organization and operation of exhibitions, seminars, and sales events.
- All other tasks assigned by company
