• Responsible for developing and implement sales strategies, oversee sales operations,
and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Oversee daily operations of the sales department, providing guidance and support to
sales representatives, and ensuring the implementation of effective sales strategies
that align with our company's objectives.
• Finding new customers and take care of old customers. Advising customers on the
company's services to achieve sales targets and create customer satisfaction.
• Identify and target potential customer to generate new business opportunities.
• Explore market situation and competitors then advise customer for the best way to
save cost.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and
customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service
recommendations.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals.
• Make change and advise new products to customer.
• Discussion terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements with
customers.
• Follow up with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Close sales deals with concern team target and company condition.
• Able to decide to solve the internal problem or issue by themselves.
• Able to decide to solve the customer problem with provide the best solution.
